在全球气候变化、人口持续集聚与城市系统日益复杂化的背景下，提升城市建筑的健康性、安全性与韧性已成为国际社会广泛关注的重大课题。为顺应这一发展趋势，深化建筑环境与城市安全领域的国际研究合作，吉林建筑大学将于2025年12月13-14日在长春召开“健康、安全与韧性导向的建筑：寒地城市建筑安全韧性与可持续性优化”国际会议。
本次会议将重点探讨高品质寒地城市生活空间建构、多感官体验驱动的以人为本建筑设计、特殊人群友好型空间的营造策略，以及应对多重重大风险的建筑安全与应急管理机制等议题。围绕上述方向，会议将邀请国际学者与行业专家就前沿理论、技术方法与典型案例开展深入交流，促进建筑学、城乡规划、应急管理、工程技术、人工智能等相关领域的交叉融合，为新时代寒地城市建设与风险治理提供系统性的理论支撑和实践导向的技术方案。

Against the backdrop of global climate change, sustained population concentration, and the increasing complexity of urban systems, enhancing the health, safety, and resilience of urban buildings has become a major concern for the international community. In response to this global trend and strengthen international collaboration in the fields of the built environment and urban safety, Jilin Jianzhu University will host the International Conference on “Health, Safety, and Resilience-Oriented Buildings: Optimizing Building Safety, Resilience, and Sustainability in Cold-Region Cities” on December 13th and 14th, 2025, in Changchun, China.
The conference will focus on the topics such as high-quality urban living environments in cold-region cities, human-centered architectural design driven by multisensory experiences, and inclusive spatial strategies for vulnerable populations, as well as building safety and emergency-management mechanisms to address major risks. Building on these themes, international scholars and industry experts will engage in in-depth exchanges on state-of-the-art theories, methodological advances, and representative case studies. The event aims to foster interdisciplinary collaboration across architecture, urban planning, emergency management, engineering disciplines, and artificial intelligence, thereby providing systematic theoretical foundations and practice-oriented technical solutions for contemporary urban development and risk governance in cold-region cities.
